I think you always wanted as much as I did to be able to download a full Paul Van Dyk mix session in proper quality. Well if this has been one of your dreams, now it can become reality. As you probably know already on September 26th Paul went to the Berlin office of Beatport and had a 2 hours long mix session there.
Now the 2 hours mix is available for download in 320 kbps quality from Beatport. You can also download separately each and every track Paul played during the session.
The idea seems brilliant to me and honestly I paid to have this set in my personal collection. I hope that this will become a habit and we will have similar occasions in the future.

P.S.: I hope that one day PVD team will also find a solution to legally download some sets played by Paul in selected venues around the world. That would really be awesome.

NEW VIDEO FROM PAUL VAN DYK: I DON'T DESERVE YOU (FEAT. PLUMB)

The newest single from the "EVOLUTION" album is "I don't deserve you", a collaboration between Paul Van Dyk and the american singer Plumb.To mark the launch of the new track, PVD and his team have produced a beautiful video that reminds us of  the american movies of the 80's. 

Paul and Plumb are two fugitives chased by a police patrol for some felony undisclosed during the video. After a car run on the american roads the two fugitives are finally caught by the policemen. What happens next is up to you to discover. The video is very beautifully shot and gives you the opportunity to see Paul's acting skills, which are not bad at all. Take a look for yourselves and enjoy this 3 minutes long action movie.

Back to the music, as I've said in the beginning the video above promotes the launch on iTunes of "I don't deserve you".

PVD TAKES OVER THE BEATPORT HEADQUARTERS IN BERLIN THIS WEDNESDAY

There has been a while since we had the occasion to see a fully video recorded mixing session with Paul.

In fact the last one I can remember is this one (excellent by the way).

In case you missed this type of shows as much as I did I have some very good news for you. 

This wednesday Paul will visit the Beatport headquarters in Berlin and he will perform an exclusive two hours set.

10 lucky fans will get the chance to assist him live, while the rest of us will watch the whole performance broadcasted live via the Beatport Ustream channel.

The whole event starts at 9 p.m. cet so be sure to tune in to this special treat from the EDM master.
