AND THE WINNER IS... UNWORTHY OF ITS TITLE

The DJ MAG TOP 100 results are out. They confirm the fact that electronic music is slowly dying. The sadest thing of all is that it dies helped by people that never understood what being a DJ means. This is the only explanation I can find for the victory of  David Guetta in this year's chart. In fact it is not Guetta who won. The real winners are the musical prostitution he promotes ( how could you call mixing house shitty sounds with afro-american singers that have nothing in common with electronic music?) and his PR team that brought him almost 24 million fans on Facebook. I tought that 4 years with Armin Van Buuren as number 1 was the worst thing that could happen to electronic music. It seems I was wrong: it can be worse that that. In case you didnt saw the top 100 yet, here it is:

Paul van Dyk este cel mai bun DJ al Planetei. Nu conteaza ce are DJ Mag sau alte topuri de spus. Punct!

Indeed! Guetta is a BIG SHIT! Lots of stupid people are in this world who voted for Guetta! PvD is truly the BEST!

What does being 'Afro-American' have to do with anything? I love PvD, but he's worked with Jessica Sutta from the Pussycat Dolls FFS. Do you really think she was chosen for her musicianship? No, she was chosen because she was thought to be commercially viable.

@LM No offense intended to the african-american people. Your observations is good.I should have said that Guetta hooked to people that are more notorious than he is. It is a pure coincidence that they all are mosty african-american.PVD collaborated with Jessica Sutta but tthis is a different story. Jessica became known due to the collaboration with PVD. I honestly didn't knew that she was a member of Pussycat Dolls until White Lies.
